What you can ask for

You can ask for access to your personal data, rectification of incorrect data, erasure, portability, and you can object to the processing. To see what data we handle, read the privacy page.

How to make a request

Send the request by email to [[A PREENCHER: email address for GDPR requests]], saying which right you want to use. When there is an account area, requests tied to an account will be possible there. The controller is [[A PREENCHER: name of the controller]], at [[A PREENCHER: address]].

Response time

We reply within one month of receiving the request (Article 12(3) GDPR). If the request is complex, the deadline may be extended as the law allows, and we will tell you why.

Identity check

To protect your data, we may ask for information that confirms your identity before replying. We ask only for what that check needs.

You can also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados: www.cnpd.pt.
